Only a few foreign TV channels, which is disappointing!!! AC poorly serviced, greatly affecting comfort!!! Weak water pressure and inconsistent temperature will frustrate many guests!!!

Waking up to an impressive breakfast buffet was a highlight. The staff maintained a warm atmosphere, making check-ins and questions feel effortless. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable retreat after long days exploring.

The pool area could use better lighting for evening relaxation, and food service was a bit slow at times. Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected when needed.

Staying here was a joy because I was only a 15-minute walk from the iconic Bridge Over the River Kwai and even closer to some great local restaurants like Plum Tree Bar and Restaurant just steps away. I loved being able to explore the city on foot without any hassle.

My stay in the Superior Double Room was pretty good. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that made it easy to rest after long days. Only downside was that I found an empty water bottle left behind on the table from the previous guest, which wasn’t great. The air conditioning worked super well, especially considering how hot it was outside. Overall, it felt like a nice escape after exploring Kanchanaburi!

It was just an excellent fit for a swift visit in Kanchanaburi with good value. The staff was friendly and helped with my luggage quickly upon arrival. Arrive early for breakfast to enjoy the best options available, though.

I recommend bringing your own entertainment since the TV reception struggled. Also, consider checking for shower temperature consistency before using it!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me find a jewel I lost during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a great trip!

Had an awesome getaway with friends! The hotel had a nice outdoor bar and a lovely garden area to chill. Breakfast was good with options like bacon and eggs, and the staff were super friendly & helpful with tips for local tours. We visited the Hellfire Pass and the beautiful waterfalls nearby.

Only downside was the unpredictable shower temperature, which was a bit annoying. A more consistent hot shower would have made our stay even better.
